Expert Restoration Service is a professional, value based company with a strong commitment to teamwork. Expert Restoration Service is an Interior and Exterior General Contractor for commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage estimating, proposals, and contract administration for projects in Indianapolis and the surrounding counties
  • Input and update all opportunities into the project management system’s database
  • Maintain an estimating database of history and costs
  • Procure sub-contractor quotes
  • Qualify sub-contractors with the client (including requirements, experience, solvency and quality)
  • Develop Job Estimate and Budget
  • Prepare Final Bid/Proposal and tracks the completion of each task
  • Determine final pricing structure and approval with Manager
  • Track the status of all Proposals and Bids in the project management system
  • Enter the results of the Proposal and Bid into the project management system
  • Review key projects with Manager regarding estimated costs vs. actual
  • Attend Project Review meetings
  • Lead the bid review process

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 years related experience in the construction industry.
  • 2 years related experience in the sales industry.
  • Must have strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment without day-to-day guidance.
  • Solid working knowledge of Xactimate, Microsoft Word, and Excel; and the ability to learn other computer applications.
  • Must possess the entrepreneur spirit, be self-motivated, and enthusiastic about our business.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and attitude.
  • Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be analytical and able to solve problems.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be ethical and honest.
  • Must be able to transport and manage ladder.

Compensation: $120,000+ per year (full commission)
